Websites, voice agents and chat for salons in Delhi NCR
Both hands are in a colour and the phone is ringing.
Tell NexBuilt about your businessThis is where the hours go.
A salon in Greater Kailash or Rajouri Garden books over WhatsApp, misses calls during a blow dry, and still gets price questions at 11pm. NexBuilt builds the site and the assistant that answers that, so the chair is not also the reception.

You are mid colour. The phone rings. By the time you can wash off, they have booked the salon two shops down.
- 02
WhatsApp is a pile of Saturday slot requests mixed with price questions. Double bookings happen because two people replied.
- 03
The Instagram lookbook is strong. The website, if there is one, is a page that does not say prices, timings or how to book.
What NexBuilt does
What NexBuilt does about it.
What that changes.
- 01
A voice agent picks up, answers the usual services and prices, and books a slot against the diary you already use.
- 02
WhatsApp and the site answer how much and when you are free, and write the booking down once.
- 03
A page that opens on a phone, with the work you actually do, what it costs, and a way to book that is not another Instagram message.
The ones people actually ask.
We use a booking app already. Do we have to switch?
No. If the diary is already digital, the chat and the phone write into that. If the diary is a notebook, we start with WhatsApp bookings that land in one place so two people cannot take the same slot.
Can it handle different stylists and different slot lengths?
Yes, if you can write the rule down: who does colour, how long a cut takes, who is off on Tuesday. If the rule lives only in your head, we write it down first.
Will this work for a single chair, not a big salon?
That is most of the salons I am talking to. One chair, one phone, WhatsApp after closing. The work is the same. The diary is just smaller.
Guides
Written for this, not a generic page.
One person. New Delhi.
Tell NexBuilt what eats your week.
If it can be automated, NexBuilt will say so. If it cannot, you will hear that too. No proposal, no follow up sequence, just an answer.
