Terms

Plain terms. Every piece of client work is agreed in writing first, and that written agreement is what counts.

Who you are dealing with

NexBuilt is a sole proprietorship run by Arnab Das, registered as a micro enterprise under India's Udyam (MSME) registration, with its registered address in Kolkata, West Bengal.

These terms cover this website and any work or product NexBuilt provides. Questions go to hello@nexbuilt.in.

Using this website

The site is information. Prices shown are starting points, not offers, and the real price for any job is the one in its written quote.

NexBuilt keeps the content accurate and changes it when things change, but the site is provided as it is, without a promise that it is complete or always available. The guides are general information, not professional advice for your situation.

How client work is agreed

Before any work starts, the scope, price, timeline and what is delivered are agreed in writing, on WhatsApp or by email. That written agreement is the contract for that job.

If the written agreement and this page ever disagree, the written agreement wins. Changes to scope are agreed in writing too, with any change in price stated before the extra work begins.

Payment

Payment terms, including any advance, are set out in each quote. Work starts once the agreed advance, if any, is received.

A monthly maintenance or product fee, where agreed, is billed for the period stated, and either side can end it with the notice given in the written agreement.

The AI products

NexBuilt builds software that uses AI models, including the WhatsApp missed call bot, chatbots and voice agents. These answer from the facts the business gives them, such as hours, services and prices, and they hand anything outside those facts to the business owner.

AI can still be wrong. The business stays responsible for the facts it configures and for checking that bookings and replies suit its customers. The products do not give medical, legal or financial advice, and urgent or emergency messages are passed to the owner rather than answered.

The products run on third party services, including Meta's WhatsApp, Anthropic's Claude and the telephony provider, each under its own terms. NexBuilt is not responsible for outages or changes on those services, and will tell clients when one affects them.

Who owns what

This site, its writing, design and code belong to NexBuilt.

For client work, who owns what is set in the written agreement. Unless that agreement says otherwise, once a job is paid in full the client owns their own content, domain and data, and NexBuilt keeps the right to its reusable code and tools and to show the work in its portfolio.

Liability

To the extent Indian law allows, NexBuilt's total liability for any job is limited to the amount paid for that job, and NexBuilt is not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.

Nothing on this page limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is first talked through directly, and if that does not settle it, the courts at Kolkata have jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as NexBuilt grows. The date below moves whenever the wording changes, and work already agreed stays under the terms that applied when it was agreed.

If it can be automated, NexBuilt will say so. If it cannot, you will hear that too. No proposal, no follow up sequence, just an answer.
