Is this a team?
No. This is built and run by one person in New Delhi. The brief and the build are the same person. That is a short path from the call to the thing that ships, not a ticket queue.
What inbox rate or open rate should we expect?
This page does not publish those figures. A sequence can follow a list and a rule. Whether a mailbox accepts the send depends on the domain, the list and the provider, and that has to be counted on the agency's own send.
Does this include a new website?
No. This page is tooling: lists, sequences and enquiry handling. A site is a different job on the websites page. Agencies that already have a site do not need another one to start this work.
