Arnab Das founded NexBuilt and runs it from New Delhi. He builds search-visible websites, AI voice agents, chatbots and workflow automation for small businesses across Delhi NCR. Clients work directly with Arnab, from the first conversation to the finished build.

What I have actually built
I have timed real small business sites. Nine South Delhi clinic sites timed in August 2026, the median, take 8.8 seconds to open and weigh 2.4 MB. Most people leave after three seconds.
I built a dental clinic template as a working sample, not a mockup. It opens in 1.7 seconds, weighs 89 KB, and scores 100 on Lighthouse mobile. No client data.
This site is built the way NexBuilt builds a client site: structured so Google and the assistants people now ask can read what the business does. The only site NexBuilt can point to for that is this one. There are no client results to show yet, and none will be invented.
What stays yours
The domain, the hosting and the code go in your name. That is already on the service pages. I will not hold the keys.
If we touch a Google Business Profile, that listing stays in your name too.
Where the numbers come from
Every figure on this site was measured. The 8.8 seconds and the 2.4 MB are the median of those nine clinic sites, timed in August 2026. The 1.7 seconds, 89 KB and 100 are Lighthouse on the sample clinic site.
What one person means
The person you write to is the person who builds the thing. There is no account manager and no ticket queue. The brief and the build are the same person.
The limit is the same fact. I am one person, and I am still in a degree. If I am in a lecture, or already in a build, I will say so. I cannot take every job this month. If you need a bench of people on call at night, I am the wrong shop.
