How do I reply to every enquiry within an hour without hiring anyone?
An hour is your target, not a figure I publish. Usual questions can be answered from a list. The rest still need a person who looks at one pile.
You reply within an hour by answering the usual questions from a written list, and by putting every channel in one place a person can see. An hour is the target you named. I will not publish it as a service level I guarantee.
A gym in Dwarka and a coaching centre in Laxmi Nagar already know the three questions. Fee. Time. Are you open. Those can leave your mouth once, then live on a card. The odd parent still needs you.
What an hour actually requires
Count last week’s writes. Instagram, WhatsApp, the site form. Mark how many sat longer than the hour you want. I will not estimate that share for Delhi NCR. Your marks are the brief.
If the pile is ten lines and you already answer them after the last class, a hire is not the hole. A note on the fridge and quicker replies in WhatsApp Business may hold the hour. WhatsApp’s Business page names the free-to-download app, profile, lists and quicker replies. That is the download, not a bot I built.
If the pile is the week, and you are teaching or spotting until 9, the hour will fail without a list that can speak. Booking automation is that list across Instagram, the form and WhatsApp. The product page already says usual questions get an answer in seconds, then the odd thread is chased. Floor Rs 15,000 on pricing.
How to stop losing enquiries across channels is the three-room leak. What booking automation is is the mechanism. Nobody picks up the phone is the voice side of the same hour.
A Laxmi Nagar centre that answers fee questions only between batches will miss the parent who wrote at 7:10. The batch is the product. The hour is theirs, not mine. A Dwarka trainer who spots until 9 cannot also clear Instagram in that same hour. The goal still belongs to the owner. Software can speak the card. It cannot invent a counsellor during a fight over a fee.
What I will not pretend
I will not pretend a widget replies to a page nobody opened. People leave after three seconds. Make the page open, or do not put a form on it.
I will not pretend AI chatbots replace a counsellor on a fee fight. Off the list, the thread comes to you. If you never look, the hour is still missed.
I will not invent how many extra trials an hour buys. Multiply unanswered lines by the fee you already charge and the close you already know. That product is yours. If you do not know the close, stop at unanswered times fee and treat it as a ceiling.
A week you can run without me
Monday: write the ten answers you already give by mouth. Tuesday: save them as quicker replies. Wednesday: one shared note the floor can see, so two people cannot promise the same 6pm. Thursday: set a phone alarm at the hour you close, and clear the three apps. Friday: count what still sat.
If Friday is clean, do not buy the inbox. If Friday is still the week, the build is the next sentence, not a dashboard for its own sake.
In Laxmi Nagar that Friday count is often the 7pm parent pile that landed while class ran. In Dwarka it is the 10pm fee DM that sat until the morning trainer opened the phone. Those two scenes are the same hour problem in different rooms. Time yours. Do not borrow theirs.
The hour belongs to the owner
I will not print sixty minutes on a card as a promise. The Laxmi Nagar owner named that hour because parents who wait book the centre down the road. The Dwarka owner named it because a trial DM that sits overnight is a trial that went to the gym with the faster reply. Those are their clocks. Mine is the list, the one pile, and the honest sentence about what still needs a person.
If you want a faster hour without a build, start with the fridge note and the quicker replies. Run the Friday count. If the 7:10 parent and the 10pm DM still sit, then the inbox floor is the next sentence. If they do not sit, keep the note. I will not sell you a dashboard so the hour looks official.
Honest downsides
A list that is wrong will be repeated inside the hour, which is worse than a late truth. Keep Holi hours on the card.
One inbox still needs a glance. Software is not a night watchman.
What to send if Friday was still the week
Seven days of screenshots, and the card of ten answers.
Attach those two. I will match them to the published inbox floor, or I will tell you the Friday count already holds the hour and a build would only rename work you are already doing.
